Engaged Employees
The Company values highly the participation and commitment of its employees, and sponsors several programs to help foster as well as express appreciation of their ongoing commitment, including the following:
- The CAC Honor Roll Program, which allows supervisors and co-workers to recognize employees who have demonstrated outstanding contributions during the previous month. The criteria for the CAC Honor Roll include attendance, cooperation, attitude, willingness to take on difficult or unpleasant assignments, eagerness to learn, quality of work, overall contribution to the Company, and keeping one's work space clean and organized. The initiation of the CAC Honor Roll is to help provide continued recognition to employees for their special efforts and achievements. All approved Honor Roll Nominees are listed in the Company monthly newsletter CAC Communicates!!
- The Employee Suggestion Program offers monetary rewards for employee suggestions that are viewed as likely to prevent waste, increase productivity, reduce costs or otherwise benefit the Company and its employees.
- The Company has pursued a major initiative to improve its On Time Delivery Performance, and every employee in the Company receives a $50 award for every month in which performance reaches pre-set targets. A $200 reward will be paid to every employee when the Company achieves its goal of 100% On Time Delivery with 100% Quality.
