Closed-Die Forging
Ideal for complex geometries and critical applications where repeatability and highly controlled material integrity are essential. Good for medium to high volume, but flexible enough for low volume.

Upset Forging
Ideal for shaft single end deformation where localized control is critical. Good for high volume runs that meet the geometry criteria

- Upset equipment 8″ down to 2 1/2″
- Cost-effective for shaft components
Seamless Rolled Ring
Ideal for bearings, gears, flanges, and jet engine components where continuous circumferential grain flow is required. Good for high, medium, and low volume
- Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
- Seamless rings up to 40″ in diameter and 9″ in height
- Precise OD, wall thickness, and ID control
