Closed-Die Forging

Ideal for complex geometries and critical applications where repeatability and highly controlled material integrity are essential.  Good for medium to high volume, but flexible enough for low volume.

  • High dimensional accuracy & repeatability
  • Suitable for net and near-net-shape parts
  • Excellent grain flow & improved mechanical properties

Upset Forging

Ideal for shaft single end deformation where localized control is critical.  Good for high volume runs that meet the geometry criteria

  • Enhanced fatigue resistance in key stress areas
  • Upset equipment 8″ down to 2 1/2″
  • Cost-effective for shaft components

Seamless Rolled Ring

Ideal for bearings, gears, flanges, and jet engine components where continuous circumferential grain flow is required.  Good for high, medium, and low volume

  • Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
  • Seamless rings up to 40″ in diameter and 9″ in height
  • Precise OD, wall thickness, and ID control
